Technology Transactions Practice Group
Global technology leaders, unicorns, and emerging disruptors alike look to the the firm’s Tech Transactions group to guide their most complex and strategic technology and intellectual property transactions.
They lead their clients through the maze of legal and commercial issues that arise in a wide range of cutting-edge industries, including augmented reality and virtual reality, artificial intelligence and robotics, blockchain and distributed ledger, fintech, semiconductors, software, and cloud and as-a-service technologies.
Qualifications
- You are a 3-6 year associate with a strong knowledge of intellectual property law including drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions including:
- Licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements;
- Manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements;
- E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions;
- Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters.
- You are able to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
- You have a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills to help you succeed on our team.
- You are a member of the California Bar (preferred) or other state bar.

Compensation: $260,000.00-$365,000.00, plus bonus.
