Responsibilities

You will create and execute strategies to identify and attract accomplished technical candidates for positions throughout the firm. The work will involve collaborating with colleagues on our innovation-focused Recruiting team, as well as with hiring managers, to critically assess talent markets. You will craft research plans to map a wide range of candidate populations and will thoughtfully engage prospective candidates to better understand their professional and academic experience, interests, and motivations. This role also provides the opportunity to measure the impact of talent-sourcing methods in a rigorous, data-driven way.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should have at least four years of experience sourcing exceptional technical candidates in a search firm and/or in-house environment, including experience finding and engaging underrepresented talent. Commensurate experience at a market insights firm or in a data-rich, research-intensive field is welcome.
  • Individuals with the ability to balance thorough research with a creative approach to problem-solving will excel in this role.
  • Critical thinkers with excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills are highly sought after.
  • Our client welcomes individuals with varying degree levels (BA, BS, MS, Ph.D.) from any field of study, as our firm has a long history of hiring applicants from the humanities and social sciences.

Compensation

The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000 to $250,000. Their compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, a relocation bonus, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
