Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will contribute your expertise to lead recruiting activities, such as preparing job requisitions, devising and implementing search strategy, designing competency-based interview processes with a focus on fairness and inclusivity, and negotiating and extending offers. Your responsibilities will also include human resources support services for local office Human Resources Managers, and other staff and management.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming resumes and applicant flow; screening, selecting, and identifying candidates by conducting video interviews
- Communicating with business services department managers to obtain details of open positions
- In conjunction with department managers, writing job postings and posting job openings on major on-line job boards, niche job sites, and outsourcing them to recruiting firms as necessary
- Making recommendations to managers regarding candidate selection
- Regularly collaborating with other Talent Management team members and Global Human Resources teams such as Compensation or Human Resources Operations in furtherance of recruiting processes
- Supporting and contributing to the firm’s diversity and inclusion business services recruiting strategy
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- A minimum of four (4) years recruitment experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of recruitment functions
- Demonstrate well developed professional interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, along with strong written and verbal skills
Compensation
Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $90,000 – $100,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
