Summary

A global midsize law firm seeks a highly skilled and motivated digital marketing professional with expertise in HubSpot (or other marketing automation system) with strong graphic design capabilities to join us as a Senior Marketing Specialist. They will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored specifically for legal services. Working experience with graphic design and proficiency in marketing automation will be instrumental in supporting firm branding, asset creation, driving lead generation, client engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Technology and Systems Manager while working collaboratively within our Marketing and Business Development department.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity / Graphic Design: This role will be a steward of the firm’s brand. This person will be responsible for visual communications across all platforms creating a consistent image from email templates and website imagery to social media posts and pitch materials.
  • Marketing Automation Expertise: Utilize knowledge of HubSpot or other marketing automation systems like Pardot, Marketo, Adobe or Klaviyo to manage and optimize marketing campaigns, workflows, and automation processes tailored to the legal industry.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with legal professionals to create compelling and informative content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media updates, aligned with digital marketing best practices.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns utilizing HubSpot’s email marketing tools to engage prospects, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and email engagement, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • CRM Management: Partner with the firm’s MarTech team to oversee customer relationship management (CRM) system and its integration with HubSpot, ensuring accurate data management, segmentation, and lead tracking.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal professionals, Business Development team, and external vendors, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within the marketing automation space and other relevant marketing technologies to continually enhance marketing strategies and tactics.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot marketing automation platform, including certifications or demonstrated experience.
  • Graphic Design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and its marketing nuances.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Salary: $95,000.00-$120,000.00, plus bonus
