Senior Power BI Financial Analyst

A top 20 AM Law firm is seeking a Power BI expert to build dashboards and craft reporting to support the firm’s financial ecosystem. In addition to technical abilities, the role demands financial knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain insightful and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports for end-user groups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design data models that produce accurate and efficient reporting.
• Lead analytical projects, managing timelines and ensuring on-point delivery of high-quality dashboards and reports.
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within BI systems.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, sharing expertise in Power BI and data analysis best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and identify root causes, collaborating with technology teams to resolve performance.

Requirements

• Advanced Power BI developer
• Advanced SSRS developer
• Expertise in SQL and DAX
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs
• 3+ years of experience is required

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office attendance following the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role.

Compensation: $115,000.00-$130,000.00, annually, plus bonus
