Summary

Our Client is actively seeking an associate to join their Corporate practice group in any of their  offices located in the United States. They are seeking candidates with two to five years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in securities law advice and capital markets transactions. Candidates should have specific expertise in securities and capital markets—in particular, familiarity with public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance requirements, as well as debt and equity markets transactions. The candidate must have experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Skills & Experience

Required

• Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.

Salary range: $240,000 – $290,000 plus bonus. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
