Our client seeks a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful individual with well-developed customer service skills to manage the reception team at its New York City headquarters. This role offers the opportunity to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment.
With your team, you’ll be responsible for creating a seamless and exceptional experience for guests and employees. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage front desk operations while coordinating with administrative team colleagues to ensure a best-in-class reception experience.
- Two years of experience in reception, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or concierge roles is preferred. Experience with managing company-wide conference and C-suite room scheduling in a corporate setting is preferred but not required.
- We seek a flexible, diligent individual with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is a must, as is steadfast attention to detail and well-developed collaboration skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) is a decided plus
The expected annual base salary for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. Our client’s compensation and benefits package includes overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
