Summary

A private real estate investment firm is hiring a Senior Transaction Coordinator/Manager to oversee commercial real estate loan transactions on a growing team. The primary focus is managing the process from signed term sheet to post-closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage technology and best practices to run a tech-driven, repeatable processes for commercial real estate loan transactions
  • Run transactions from term sheet to closing
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including Borrowers, Counsel, Third-Party Vendors, Brokers, etc.
  • Handle multiple deals concurrently, managing the transaction pipeline
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and deal tracking is efficient
  • Assist with due diligence and provide support to principals and others
  • Liaise between RWC Lending and counterparties
  • Monitor key dates, accuracy of information, and expedite processes
  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines and critical deal dates
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Communicate deadlines and requirements clearly
  • Possess a superior knowledge and understanding of each deal

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience intimately involved with closing commercial real estate transactions, specifically with experience managing CRE transactions from cradle to grave
  • Must have all the basic real estate fundamentals and intuitions
  • Experience managing CRE transactions from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of closing documentation, third-party reports, and legal processes
  • Ability to work from NYC office on a hybrid basis
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and project management skills

$130,000.00-$175,000.00, plus generous bonus
