Who You Are

  • You have law firm experience in acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings representing lenders and borrowers, joint ventures.
  • You have experience with portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds.
  • You have experience in equity joint venture investments, structuring, and entity formation.
  • You are familiar with transactions involving all principal asset types – residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
  • You have a strong work ethic, team orientation, and an interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility on client matters.
  • You have strong academic credentials.
  • You are admitted to the New York state bar or are eligible to waive in.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. 

Compensation: $310,000.00-$390,000.00, plus bonus.
