The ideal candidate represents clients similar and complementary to their existing clients, including developers, pension funds, opportunity funds, REIT’s, family offices and private equity firms. Their model provides the support and sophistication of a large firm with the boutique atmosphere that minimizes incoming conflicts and provides rate flexibility. Their “core’ real estate practice is supplemented by their premier land use, global hospitality and environmental practices. They also offer broad platforms for lawyers to expand existing client relationships, including in the areas of trusts & estates, labor & employment, intellectual property, corporate transactions and litigation. Partner candidates should have at least $1M in portable business with a billing rate of $800+/hour.

$300,000.00-$450,000.00 plus 40% of origination, so depends on qualifications for the base & size of book.
