Product Manager – Microsoft 365 Applications

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Application team to design and implement solutions using SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Assess emerging Microsoft 365 technologies, articulating their value, governance requirements, and security implications to stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships to guide prioritization and ensure team efforts support strategic objectives.
- Manage release planning and deployment for new features across Microsoft Teams, Project for the Web, and M365 Office applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), advising on best practices and delivering business productivity solutions.
- Lead the planning and rollout of Microsoft Teams workspaces for Practice Groups, Business Professionals, and Matter-Centric initiatives.
- Administer the M365 Project and Task Management platform, promoting user adoption through engagement and training.
- Support the Next-Gen Laptop Lifecycle program, including Windows 11 upgrades and related productivity enhancements.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to IS leadership and key business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies across all M365 applications and associated processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 10 years of IT experience in a legal environment or equivalent professional background.
- Demonstrated success as an Application Product Manager, with a strong focus on user experience across Microsoft Office 365, Intune, mobile applications, document management systems, and legal productivity tools.
- In-depth knowledge of law firm workflows, user needs, and business operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting and managing Litera drafting tools and the iManage Document Management System.
- Proven track record in application administration and end-user support.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in delivering technology solutions tailored to complex business and user requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Solid understanding of business systems, risk mitigation strategies, and relevant technologies within and beyond the legal sector.
Compensation
$170,000 to $190,000 annually
