A leading international law firm is seeking a highly motivated Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join their nationally recognized Finance Practice Group in their New York office. This role supports a dynamic team of attorneys through all phases of complex corporate and finance matters. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working on high-impact transactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with the closing of various transactions, including the preparation, coordination, and organization of closing sets.
- Collaborate with attorneys to draft and prepare legal documents related to asset purchase, structured finance, and securitization transactions.
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with UCC requirements and state-specific regulations.
- Perform due diligence reviews, including examining the financial and legal backgrounds of parties involved in transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized transaction records, track deadlines, and monitor filing requirements.
- Build strong relationships and serve as a liaison with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Proofread and perform quality control reviews of legal and transaction documents.
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure critical deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
- Support attorneys throughout all stages of corporate and finance transactions, including due diligence, closings, and post-closing activities.

- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet client and transaction deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and Harvey AI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
- Notary Public designation preferred.
- Prior experience supporting corporate, structured finance, secured lending, or transactional practices is a plus.
Compensation: $75,000.00-$95,000.00, plus overtime and bonus
