Working with a high degree of autonomy, you’ll provide critical organizational and substantive support on complex litigation matters, partnering closely with attorneys and fellow paralegals. Your work may span multiple practice areas, offering variety and challenge, all while playing a key role in delivering exceptional client service and driving successful outcomes.
- Provide substantive and organizational support across all phases of complex litigation, from case inception through trial or resolution
- Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, adapting processes and priorities to meet evolving business and client needs
- Review documents and data; conduct procedural, factual, and legal research with a strong understanding of case strategy and client objectives
- Coordinate document collections, reviews, productions, and case file management, including collaboration with eDiscovery teams
- Assist with court filings and discovery materials, including cite- and fact-checking briefs, proofreading, and assembling exhibits and appendices
- Support depositions and trials by preparing witness files, exhibits, notices, subpoenas, summaries, and managing trial logistics as needed
- Apply sound judgment, analytical thinking, and creativity to identify issues, recommend solutions, and enhance work product quality
- Maintain compliance with administrative and billing requirements, including timely entry of time records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; four or more years of litigation experience or comparable legal experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Bluebook citation and cite checking
- Proficiency with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take full ownership of assignments with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions with a high degree of accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed to meet business and client needs

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
San Francisco, Palo Alto salary range: $100,000.00-$130,000.00, plus overtime and bonus
Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego salary range: $95,000.00-$125,000.00, plus overtime and bonus
