Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

Summary
Our client is currently seeking an exceptional, NY-licensed, mid-level litigation associate to join our New York office. Candidate should have 3-5 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills. Clerkship experience preferred. Job Requirements:
- Must be admitted in NY
- Must have outstanding academic credentials
- Must have 3-5 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation
- Must have strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience handling multiple cases and the ability to serve as the point person on litigation
- Prior clerkship experience is a plus, but is not required
Skills & Experience
Required
- Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school (T14 school is preferred.)
- Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and all levels of personnel and handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly.

Salary range: $235,000 – $325,000 plus bonus. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
