Litigation Associate

The Charleston office of a premier, southeastern, law firm with a national practice, is seeking a motivated Construction Litigation Associate in our Charleston office. The ideal candidate will have two (2) or three (3) years of litigation experience, preferably including construction and complex litigation matters. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting documents, assisting with discovery and trial preparation, communicating with clients, and attending court hearings. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills are essential, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile litigation matters and to make a significant impact in the field.
Requirements
• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)
• Admission to the South Carolina State Bar preferred.

$165,000.00-$180,000.00, plus bonus
