Summary
A leading national law firm has a position available for an experienced full-time, in-office Legal Administrative Assistant in their Philadelphia office, supporting a team of litigation and transactional practice attorneys from the following practice groups:
- ESOP Transactions and Services
- Employment Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation
- Energy
This is an in-office role. Must be a motivated, proactive and an extremely well-organized professional and team player. Five- seven years’ experience or more required in a law firm setting.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of litigation and/or transactional experience in a law firm setting.
- Experience in State and Federal Court e-filing.
- Exceptional typing skills, produce documents quickly and accurately, multi-task with excellent attention to detail, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and local and state court rules.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including the expertise of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in processing attorney expense reimbursements and vendor invoices using the Firm’s reimbursement software system.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organize and manage files, open new matters as attorneys request, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.
- Responsible for various administrative tasks including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in managing calendars (using Microsoft Outlook) and travel schedules.
- Experience in billing projects and reviews.
- Other duties, as needed and assigned.

Working knowledge of iManage, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Chrome River, InTapp.
Compensation
- $88,000.00 to $95,000.00 plus overtime.
