Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group
The firm’s Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group represents clients in a wide array of industries and with all types of government contracts and public procurement matters, including bid protests and other contract-related litigation, contract negotiations, investigations, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, technology licensing, cybersecurity, and government contract aspects of M&A transactions.
Who You Are
- The firm’s Government Contracts practice is seeking one junior and one mid-level experienced, lateral associate to join their growing and vibrant team.
- You have 2-6 years of government contracts experience in government contracts litigation, counseling, advisory and/or transactional matters.
- You have outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials.
- You are admitted to the District of Columbia bar or are able to waive into the District of Columbia bar.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
Washington, DC annual salary range: $235,000.00-$390,000.00, plus bonus.
