Mid-level associates with a structured finance background interested in working on warehouse and repurchase facilities-based transactions in the context of private equity and sponsor M&A (including setting up novel structures across forward flow agreements, structured facilities, insurance-wrapped products, rated note feeders and funding platforms) to join our client’s Corporate Department/Finance Group.

Compensation

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $250,000-$370,000.
