Summary
Our client, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking experienced transactional lawyers for its Finance practice in Charlotte, NC or their new office in Atlanta, GA. Successful candidates will have 2+ years of finance transactional experience (Fund, Structures, Leveraged, Asset-backed, Securitization, Equipment). Experience with NAV, management company, hybrid, and other fund finance facilities (and other secured lending transactions more generally) is a plus. Candidates should have experience drafting financing documents for complex transactions and should be able to effectively manage client relationships and move transactions forward independently. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for in-office development and client interaction are required. - Eligibility for North Carolina or Georgia Bar admission is preferred
