- A high performer with 3–6 years of finance experience at a top-tier law firm, primarily representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured transactions, particularly in connection with acquisition financings and refinancings.
- A collaborative team player with strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrable client relationship skills.
- Able to communicate complex matters clearly and concisely in oral and written form.
- Eager to grow professionally and actively contribute to firm and practice initiatives.
- A member of the State Bar of California.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Annual Salary Range (San Francisco, CA):** $260,000 – $390,000, plus discretionary bonus
