Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating complex schedules and logistics, anticipating principals’ needs, prioritizing tasks, liaising with internal business units and external parties, offering support for key projects, and providing general administrative assistance.

Executive assistants at our firm are accustomed to having ownership over their work product and thrive in fast-paced work environments.
- Applicants will have approximately five or more years of relevant experience, excel at working independently and as part of a team, and excel at managing multiple projects at the same time.
- The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as are exceptional Microsoft Office suite skills (particularly Outlook).
The expected annual base salary for this position is $115,000 to $135,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
