Summary
Our client is seeking a finance-focused attorneys who have experience in the following areas: US project financing of energy and infrastructure projects Holdco financing of energy and infrastructure projects Construction to back-leverage financing; experience with other financing structures involving tax equity/tax credits, particularly on the tax equity/investor side, is a plus The candidate should have solid experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects. Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years 2018-2021.

Required
- Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and all levels of personnel and handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly.

Salary range: Pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law, $260,000.00-$390,000.00, plus bonus.
