A prominent AV-rated education law firm seeks an associate with 5+ years’ experience. The role will primarily involve advice and counsel in general counsel matters. Knowledge of education law is essential. Including experience and knowledge of FOIL, FERPA and special education-related matters. Must have excellent organizational, research, writing, and people skills. The firm offers a full benefits package including: healthcare, 401K, profit sharing, paid bar dues and CLE’s.
