Qualifications

  • You have 3-6+ years of significant law firm experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, or related energy matters.
  • You are experienced in advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users.
  • You are experienced in digital infrastructure, co-located generation, or large-scale energy procurement.
  • Experience with regulatory proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), state public utility commissions, and appellate courts preferred but not required.
  • You are proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
  • You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • You are entrepreneurial, innovative, and forward thinking.
  • You have excellent business and legal problem-solving skills and judgement.
  • You have a strong work ethic, team player attitude, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

Compensation: $260,000.00-$390,000.00, plus bonus.
