Corporate Life Sciences Associate

Our client is looking for a mid-level corporate associate to join their award-winning Life Sciences team! You will join a dynamic practice that concentrates on corporate transactions for cutting-edge high growth, life sciences, healthcare and technology companies in the US, Asia, and throughout the world.

This includes working with venture-based private and public companies through a range of transactions including equity financing, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters, including experience in public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions. Experience working with life sciences companies preferred, but the group will also consider candidates who have only an interest in life sciences work (but not direct experience).

Candidates must have general experience both working in teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.

Compensation: $260,000.00-$365,000.00, plus bonus.
