Premier, global, law firm seeks to recruit an exceptional corporate debt finance partner with 10 or more years of experience to join their robust team of finance and corporate attorneys. Their team represents lenders and middle-market business clients in a variety of corporate transactions. Candidates should have extensive experience counseling lender and borrower clients on the negotiation of a range of credit structures for operating companies, including syndicated senior secured loans and other types of debt financings such as mezzanine, first/second lien, and more.

While there is currently significant corporate debt service partner work available, they prefer candidates with a portable book of business of $400,000.00 or more. Furthermore, they are highly supportive of their partners’ business development efforts and initiatives.

Their corporate clients include public and private companies, high-net-worth individuals, institutional lenders, private credit funds and family offices. They span a diverse range of industries, including industrials, business services, consumer products, media and entertainment, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail and technology. Their corporate deal attorneys work on a variety of debt finance, M&A and non-control equity finance transactions, with a focus on quality client service and attention to detail.

They are seeking a highly motivated candidate to work with their corporate team and help further expand the depth and capabilities of their corporate finance practice.

$300,000.00-$450,000.00 plus 40% of origination, so depends on qualifications for the base & size of book.
