Summary

Our client’s Corporate team is seeking an outstanding lateral associate who has M&A and equity and/or debt finance experience with private and public companies, hedge funds, private equity funds and other investors. Corporate attorneys at Olshan also act as outside general counsel to clients advising on corporate governance, legal compliance, including SEC regulatory and stock exchange requirements, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate law (M&A, equity and/or debt finance) experience in a law firm environment
• High level of academic achievement
• Strong writing skills
• Confident, mature presence and speaking ability
• Ability to develop lasting connections with Olshan colleagues and clients
• Admission to the New York bar is required

Compensation

$280,000 – $320,000.
