Corporate Associate-Mergers & Acquisitions

Our client is actively recruiting an associate to join the Corporate practice. They are seeking candidates with three to six years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters. Candidates with a specific expertise in strategic transactions (including, mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures), as well as general corporate and corporate governance experience. The candidate must have experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists and drafting transaction documents.

Skills & Experience


  • Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school
  • Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and all levels of personnel and handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating initiative, diplomacy and tact when under pressure.

Salary range: $165,000 – $305,000 plus bonus. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
