Summary

Amlaw top 50 firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Consumer Products Practice Group in their New York or Washington, DC office.

Responsibilities

Qualified applicants for this position will have a minimum of four years of experience and expertise in regulatory counseling and enforcement regarding the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). 

Skills & Experience 

Required

• Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
• Qualified applicants must have superb legal writing skills, academic credentials, and references.
• Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and all levels of personnel and handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating initiative, diplomacy and tact when under pressure.

The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000 commensurate with experience.
