Summary
Work directly with Conflicts and In-take Analyst to support various operational and analytical functions related to conflicts checks, client intake processes, and compliance protocols.
Responsibilities
Conflicts Analysis: Conduct thorough conflicts of interest checks by reviewing client data, organizational structures, and related party relationships to identify potential conflicts.
Intake Process: Assist in the client intake process by collecting and verifying client information, conducting due diligence checks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases, including contact information, matter details, and conflict resolution actions.
Research: Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices related to conflicts of interest and client intake procedures.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing conflicts analysis results, intake statistics, and compliance metrics for management review.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve conflicts issues and streamline intake processes.
Qualifications
Education: BA in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Experience: Entry-level position; prior experience in legal research, data analysis, risk or compliance is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies in data.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with database management systems is preferred.
