A boutique, New York, Real Estate Law Firm seeks a litigation associate with 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience, with a focus on creditors’ rights and real estate litigation, including commercial mortgage and UCC foreclosures, lender liability claims, title issues, inter-creditor issues, priority disputes, loan workouts, restructurings, and distressed debt.
Salary range: $175-$220K, plus bonus
