Client Relations Coordinator

Summary

Under general Director of Client Relations supervision assists the team; primary responsibilities include supporting the firm with events, utilizing the latest web technologies for firm communications, maintaining the Firm’s internet presence and assisting in preparation of directory submissions and other nominations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with seminar preparation, planning and execution, and organize and support other firm events, as needed.
  • Design and manage e-mail and web communication assets for firm events.
  • Contribute to the management of the Firm’s internet presence, including maintaining biographies on website and preparing and updating biographies for various publications featuring lawyers and law firms and other website content.
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of materials for attorney speaking engagements, track attorney speaking engagements.
  • Track opportunities to nominate attorneys for submissions and directories.
  • Assist with the preparation of nominations and submissions for directories and awards featuring lawyers.
  • Maintain attorney honors database.
  • Assist with assembling prospective client materials.
  • Interface with partners on a regular basis to collaborate and assist with their business development needs.
  • Experience interacting with constituents at firm events.
  • Effectively collaborate across departments to meet the Firm’s business goals and initiatives.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Willingness to respond to e-mail when out of the office.
  • Some travel required.

  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them in a timely manner.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and oral.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (InterAction in particular, others a plus)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience using e-mail marketing software, Vuture, Tikit e-merge, and Tikit Reaction Server.
  • Experience with blogs and proprietary content management systems (WordPress, SharePoint, OneNorth BDS).
  • Excellent computer skills.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum two to five years related experience in a law firm.
