Case Manager

Kansas City or St. Louis (remote)

Summary

A leading national law firm is hiring a Case Manager for our Electronic Discovery Services Group in our St. Louis or Kansas City office.  This is a remote position after a probationary period. This position requires someone that can work with case teams to resolve eDiscovery issues and create document reviews and productions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in early case assessment of new matters including the setup of new databases for document processing, review and production
  • Provide guidance to case teams and clients on document collections.
  • Document processes for each stage of the discovery matter.
  • Communicate with case teams and clients on projected costs for each project.
  • Act as primary contact assigned to the matter for the Electronic Discovery Services group.
  • Point of contact for technical support to the litigation case teams.
  • Provide support to case teams in preparation of documents for depositions and trial.
  • Stay informed on new technology to ensure that case teams are presented with an array of case-appropriate options for document review and production.
  • Train end users on review platforms chosen for each matter.

Requirements

  • Experience administering Relativity and Relativity Analytics strongly preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and/or Excel preferred.
  • Motivation to continue learning new technology for supporting litigation practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.

Compensation

  • $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 plus overtime.
