AI Product Manager

Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Application Development Manager, the AI Product Manager is responsible for the overall design, implementation and product management of AI business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement custom AI solutions to meet the business needs of Practice Groups and Business Professional departments.
  • Collaborate with Practice Groups and Business Professionals areas to determine how best to leverage AI technologies to enhance business processes and introduce new capabilities.
  • Curate and prepare data for use with LLMs and train/tune models as needed to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development of AI products across all phases including requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, integration, maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring.
  • Evaluate new AI technologies and propose recommendations for how they can be utilized within the Firm.
  • Work closely with Network Systems, Information Security and Electronic Information Governance teams to ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
  • Follow established SDLC methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of AI principles, Prompt Engineering, and LLM training/tuning.
  • Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Cognitive services and Microsoft Accelerator solutions.
  • 5+ years’ development experience using Python or C#, REST-based APIs and software development kits (SDKs) to build secure image processing, video processing, natural language processing (NLP), knowledge mining, and conversational AI solutions on Azure.
  • Understand and be able to apply responsible AI principles.
  • Proficiency in machine learning and data analysis techniques.
  • Able to work independently, as well as within a team, and take the lead on projects
  • Bachelor’s degree from an approved and accredited college
  • Legal experience preferred

Attendance Requirements

On site during normal working hours and available as necessary before or after normal working hours.

Compensation

$160,000 to $185,000 based on experience
