Global investment and technology development firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to maintain various administrative duties for the executive management team in a large, dynamic fintech firm.
Job Duties
- Handling high-level confidential information
- Assist with international travel and scheduling arrangements
- Provide assistance during all meetings and take notes
- All designated administrative tasks
- Complete research and data collection after meetings as needed
Requirements
- Must have previous experience with the minimum of 5 years in experience
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- Calendar management
- Executive Assistant experience with manufacturing/technical background
- Self-starter, able to work in multiple tasks and prioritize

Salary: Highly competitive above market hourly rate
