Global investment and technology development firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to maintain various administrative duties for the executive management team in a large, dynamic fintech firm.

Job Duties

  • Handling high-level confidential information
  • Assist with international travel and scheduling arrangements
  • Provide assistance during all meetings and take notes
  • All designated administrative tasks
  • Complete research and data collection after meetings as needed 

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience with the minimum of 5 years in experience
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Calendar management
  • Executive Assistant experience with manufacturing/technical background
  • Self-starter, able to work in multiple tasks and prioritize

 

 

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: Highly competitive above market hourly rate
