Temporary Recruiting Specialist
Summary
The Recruiting Specialist – Temp will provide support to the Sr. Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Manager with all recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct phone screens
- Correspond with candidates and agencies
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system
- Assist with resume and application review and provide recommendations to the Sr. Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Manager
- Follow up with candidates, as necessary
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques; identify additional avenues for candidate attraction for open opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or Industrial and Labor Relations
- Two to five years of professional service experience required; at least two years of experience in an HR-related position
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with an ATS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, including strong attention to detail in all written work
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexibility and responsiveness, and the ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly motivated self-starter, strong work ethic, enthusiastic “can do” attitude and eagerness to take ownership of the job responsibilities
- Excellent team player and comfortable working independently as well
