Entry-Level Recruitment Coordinator

Summary
The Entry-Level Recruitment Coordinator will manage law school engagement efforts for key law schools and work closely with the Director of Attorney Recruitment and local office Talent Management teams to advance the recruitment goals of the Firm. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Law School Engagement
• Manage all aspects of law school engagement efforts at top/pipeline schools, including registering for on-campus interview programs, job fairs, and student outreach events
• Maintain master calendar of law school events and programs
• Build deep and strategic relationships with Career Services professionals, law student groups, and affinity groups to advance the Firm’s recruiting strategies
• Brainstorm new and innovative ways to strengthen ties with key schools and student groups
• Act as a brand ambassador to help raise Firm’s profile at top schools
• Identify and develop relationships with new schools
• Manage law school donation requests and on-campus recruiting event expenses
• Partner with Events Department on large-scale recruiting events that require logistics support
Student Outreach
• Develop and execute social media campaigns targeting law students
• Coordinate strategy and execution of outreach events for select law schools
• Update student engagement materials (brochures, handouts, presentations, swag, supplies, etc.)
• Coordinate strategy for 1L and 2L receptions across local offices
• Maintains relationships with law school career services professionals

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Experience: Three years’ Law Firm Experience required; experience handling law school recruiting preferred.
Special Knowledge: Hiring practices and associated laws and regulations.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Firm computer software; experience with recruiting management systems preferred

Ability to execute projects and meet deadlines. Demonstrate creativity and innovation. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management. Willingness to travel for law school/student outreach events.

Working Conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00, dependent on experience
