Recruitment Operations Manager

Summary

The Recruitment Operations Manager manages recruitment operations and implements strategic entry-level attorney recruitment efforts, programming, and projects. She or he works closely with the Director of Attorney Recruitment and local office Talent Management teams to advance the recruitment goals of the Firm. 

Responsibilities

Summer Associate Program

  • Manage and coordinate onboarding efforts for summer associates
  • Manage Summer Program logistics (hiring in HRIS systems, orientation, training, event guidelines, internal materials, SA communication, work allocation logistics, evaluation process, feedback, and surveys)
  • Oversee planning of all firmwide orientation programs
  • Work with Professional Development team on all firmwide development training programs

Law School Recruitment Programs

  • Coordinate and track firmwide on-campus interview program details and work with school team leaders, Hiring Partners, and Talent Management contacts on law school recruiting efforts
  • Oversee OCI and callback interview process (registration, OCI experience, marketing materials, interview experience, interview teams, correspondence)
  • Collaborate with Diversity & Inclusion team on pipeline efforts and diversity recruitment goals
  • Coordinate interviewer training and materials
  • Manage marketing strategy – social, website, videos, materials, etc.
  • Manage applicant tracking, ensuring our ViRecruit data is current and accurate

New Associate Onboarding

  • Oversee New Attorney arrivals and onboarding efforts (communication, hiring, benefits, bar expenses, relocation, bar gifts)
  • Work closely with the Professional Development team to plan and coordinate firmwide orientation and training programs
  • Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Experience: Five years’ Law Firm experience required; Management experience preferred; . V&E experience a plus
  • Special Knowledge: Hiring practices and associated laws and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Firm computer software; experience with recruiting management systems preferred
  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exhibits professional demeanor with all internal and external clients. Must demonstrate sound judgment and ensure confidentiality. Ability to execute projects and meet deadlines. Demonstrate creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.

 

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00-$135,000.00, dependent on location and experience
