Summary
The Inclusion Group is charged with promoting diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the firm. The Inclusion Data Analyst role is central to achieving the goals of the Inclusion Group by tracking how different demographic groups experience and move through the firm, as well as tracking Inclusion Group efforts and measuring their impact. The ideal candidate has a background in HR data analytics and using data analytics to inform action. The Inclusion Data Analyst reports to the Inclusion Director, but the ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Business Development, Legal Personnel and others to drive outcomes. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems and reports, figuring out the best way to drive results by using data and working closely with different functions across a large and complex organization. We need someone who enjoys taking initiative and is a creative problem solver.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing firm data and develop the quantitative analysis to identify trends and address challenges with respect to diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the talent lifecycle
- Create standard reports on diversity and inclusion metrics for internal purposes
- Respond to surveys, client and other external requests for diversity and inclusion data
- Suggest ways to present data in such a way that allows firm leaders to visualize existing talent management processes quickly as well as suggest ways to strengthen collection and analysis of internal data
- Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing the demands being made on existing processes and teams
- Research best practices and trends related to using data for long-range talent management effectiveness and competitiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, and 2-5 years of experience in a data analytics or research/information services role, or Masters in Business, I/O Psychology and 2-3 years of experience

- Ability to use discretion and exercise independent, sound judgment in the use and maintenance of confidential and highly sensitive material
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of multiple teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization.

- Ability to work nights and weekends on occasion, as required
