Top global law firm seeks a highly skilled and knowledgeable EDGAR consultant joining the EDGAR/Document Services Team Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM to provide filing, technical and consultation support.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance on SEC policies governing EDGAR filings, as well as on securities rules and regulations, to clients and to the EDGAR team.
• Troubleshoots technical issues related to conversions, SEC filings and EDGAR software.
• EDGARizes and submits documents to the SEC’s EDGAR system.
• Communicates effectively and knowledgeably regarding regulatory and technical matters with SEC staff, external and internal clients, the EDGAR team and other Firm colleagues.
• Completes and returns assigned work in a timely fashion, particularly projects having strict deadlines.
• Collaborates in a team environment to complete complex projects.
• Works directly with attorneys on assignments.
