Summary
A global investment and technology development firm seeks a proactive, intelligent, and organized coordinator to support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts at the firm. In this role, you’ll be part of the firm’s growing and dynamic Human Capital team and collaborate with several other groups at the firm.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of feedback and performance management initiatives, coordinating mentoring and candidate assessment projects, and helping administer the firm’s internal training programs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (in any field of study) is a prerequisite, as is proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn quickly. Experience working in the DEI space is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is discretion when handling highly sensitive information.
- Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to collaborate effectively, and sound judgment are required. • Individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and have a no-task-too-small attitude will excel in this role.
