Business Development Systems Coordinator

Summary

The Business Development Systems Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data in the Firm’s customer relationship management (“CRM”) database, InterAction, and providing troubleshooting support.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the ongoing administration of InterAction;
  • Working very closely with the Firm’s legal secretaries, collecting Firm-wide contact (client, supplier, etc.) information and resolving contact information discrepancies with InterAction;
  • Attending to ongoing maintenance, researching contact information for maintenance purposes, generating reports on company and contact information for Partners and departments, and special projects/applications that arise for InterAction; and
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • At least one year of working with InterAction (or equivalent CRM system);
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented;
  • Possess technical systems knowledge;
  • Excellent time management and research skills;
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Capable of working well under pressure and coordinating several activities at one time;
  • Ability to see projects through to completion; and
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
