Role Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, and in collaboration with the HR Business Partners (HRBP’s), the HR Recruiter is responsible for administering and executing the full life-cycle of the recruiting process for business services positions in the firm’s New York offices, and supporting the recruiting process in the firm’s other US offices. The HR Recruiter develops recruiting strategies appropriate to each position, works with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to identify and screen candidates, schedules interviews, negotiates and extends offers, and ensures candidates entering the employment process are effectively handed-off to HR for onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- In collaboration with HRBP’s, administer full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions, and contingent workers, including determining appropriate search strategies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, and extending job offers
- Draft or revise job descriptions with guidance from HRBP’s and hiring managers
- Communicate with selected recruiters, ensure fee agreements with them are current prior to enlisting their services, and/or source candidates directly through the firm’s postings, postings on relevant external sites, referrals and other sources as appropriate
- Organize and facilitate Interview processes including scheduling interviews in Outlook, setting up conference rooms, call-in numbers and video conferences as needed
- Perform reference checks on selected candidates
- Maintain Open Search Report, applicant tracking and other related reports including but not limited to any obligations under the OFCCP
- Create job requisitions and enter and maintain recruiting information in Workday, the firm’s HRIS
- Code invoices for recruiting fees, job postings and other recruiting expenses for approval and processing
- Make copies and PDFs and file paperwork as needed
- Attend department meetings and perform other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- 4-year college degree or equivalent required
- Two to three years’ hands-on experience recruiting in a professional services environment
- Familiarity with HR information systems; Workday a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Physical Activity/Other Miscellaneous
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed
- Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs
- Ability to commute to and from the firm’s Manhattan office
