Technology Transactions Paralegal

The Palo Alto office of global law firm is seeking a Paralegal for the Technology Transactions Group to assist with projects associated with our representation of both private and public technology companies. Responsibilities include assembling, organizing and preserving client documents, transaction and data room management for corporate transactions, support for legal research and diligence assignments, as well as assistance with transaction closing matters, in addition to other tasks that may be assigned by the Technology Transactions attorneys. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree. Success factors include:  strong work management and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects. Ability to work as a member of our team is key. Some overtime may be required, on an as-needed and as-available basis. Strong academic credentials are a plus, but a technical background is not required.
