Technical Advisor – Patent Litigation, Life Sciences

Summary

We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time Technical Advisor for our New York City office. The Technical Advisor will primarily conduct prior art searches and analysis, prepare claim construction and invalidity charts, and work with technical experts and other professionals in our litigation and life sciences groups.  Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a similar life sciences field.  Candidates preferably will have a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a similar life sciences field, and will have at least three years’ experience providing similar legal support.  Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must.
