UCC Paralegal

Summary

As an experienced transactional UCC paralegal you will work with vendors to coordinate UCC/lien searches.  You will be responsible for conducting lien searches, preparing lien summary charts, drafting and arranging all types of UCC filings (Financing Statements, Amendments, Continuations, Terminations, Fixture Filings) with jurisdictions, and following up with vendors on trackers.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and prior experience at a major law firm as a Corporate Paralegal assisting with UCCs on all types of deals: Credit Facilities (Financing/Refinancing, Joinders, Restructuring, Amendments, First and Second Liens,  Merger & Acquisition and Securities)
