Hours: 10am-6pm

Requirements

A minimum of five-seven (5-7) years of experience in a legal word processing center is required.  Advanced skills in Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required.  Candidates must have strong skills in scanning and PDF conversions, involving heavy formatting, TOA and TOC creating, applying styles and numbering schemes, working with tables and graphics in Word 2010, and the ability to create PDF fillable forms. Candidates must also be proficient in Outlook, Payne Numbering, and DocsCorp (compareDocs, pdfDocs).

This position also involves taking in the work and heavy interaction with our legal staff, therefore, excellent customer service skills are critical.  This position may include some training aspects, training attorneys and other legal staff the basics of Word formatting or basics of Excel.

Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.  This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  A team player committed to superior customer service with a professional demeanor is essential.  Flexibility to work overtime is a must.  Previous experience as a lead operator or desk assistant is a plus.
