Events Coordinator-Temp

Premier, global, law firm is seeking a temporary Marketing Events Coordinator to be located in its New York office. The Events Coordinator will coordinate, plan and manage all activities related to firm-hosted events. Responsibilities include, working with full events team and other key constituents on event strategy, from pre-event planning to obtaining post-event feedback; identifying and negotiating with appropriate off-site venues and vendors regarding all aspects of events, from food and décor to giveaways; and creating and distributing event invitations, event list management, and RSVP tracking and reporting. Candidates must have 2+ years’ experience in events or marketing-related field. A college degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field is preferred, as is experience in a professional services environment, with a working knowledge of professional services industries.
