Mergers & Acquisitions Paralegal

The San Francisco office of a premier, forward thinking, global, law firm is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Paralegal with 2-4 years of law firm experience. Responsibilities include working with attorneys on a vast array of projects associated with our representation of both private and public companies including preparation of capitalization and conversion tables, drafting subsidiary documents, preparation of forms to be filed with federal and state agencies to comply with corporate and securities laws, managing data rooms, due diligence, closing and post-closing matters, in addition to other tasks that may be assigned by attorneys and senior paralegals.  Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree.  Success factors include: a strong academic background, excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
