The Miami office of a large, global firm is seeking an office coordinator to run the office and help support a team of corporate attorneys and the office staff. The Firm is seeking someone with at least 2+ years’ of experience in a role of similar capacity within a corporate environment. This role will comprise of Front Desk Reception, Hospitality, Conference Room Set-up/Breakdown, Office Services, Administrative Responsibilities, Ad-Hoc Projects, etc. Must be a roll up your sleeves type and have superior communication skills. Perfect profiles for this opportunity are an office manager from a smaller corporate office or someone out of hospitality that has impeccable customer service and understands corporate culture. The attorneys in this office are all very pleasant so this will be a very congenial work environment.
